A large number of London WRG members gatecrashed the KESCRG dig on the Basingstoke to celebrate Martin's 40 th birthday. Apart from working on site (the top of the lock one bywash is very nearly finished) the main purpose of the weekend was the Saturday night party where Maureen and Maria did a wonderful roast dinner, Martin's birthday speech ran to four pages, much beer was drunk, old photos of Martin were laughed at and that is about all I can remember! A good time was had by all and congratulations to Martin and Dan on their birthdays.
